Some Important Information
THE
CHALET IS NOT CHILD PROOFED!
Lights on back porch and garage are on sensors (10 min).
Watch your step at the dock.

Please put all garbage in the large garbage cans by the garage.
Trash day is Tuesday - The truck pulls up to the garage to pick up the garbage
cans.
You need a fishing license to fish - Buy online
at the Michigan DNR!
Information on how to work the fireplace, ceiling fan, showers and what to use to clean the fish and where to do
it is in the Cottage Guide at the cottage.
Please bury all discarded fish remains. A shovel is located either at the
lake side of the garage or down by the fire pit at the lake.
Cleaning supplies located through-out the cottage.
There are 2 Bald eagle nests on the lake.
Folks in the area prefer All-Sports boating to be done between 12p-5p (jet skis, powerboats, water skiing).
Please be considerate to the fisherman on the lake.
Try to leave dirty/wet fishing gear (i.e. waders, etc..) in screened back porch
- There are hooks in the porch to hang your waders and gear.
We prefer no heavy smoking on the main floors of the house. There are butt cans
located on both porches.
Firewood can be purchased at nearby stores.

The boat ramp for the lake is at the campground just minutes down the road.
Boat rental is available on the lake. You
can get a 14 ft aluminum rowboat (no motor) for $10/day from Ed Kash (Uncle
Junior), who is
four cottages down from ours.
